1: Do I have to pay for the registration on your website?

Registration is Free of Charge.

2: Do i have to pay any fee to engage a tutor?

We charge 50% commission from the tutor's first month pay.

3: How long will i get a tutor after doing the online registration?

Upon receiving your Online Registration, our coordinator will usually get back to you within 2 working days with the shortlisted tutors. You may then arrange with the tutor an earliest commencement date.

4. Can i terminate or replace the tutor if i find the tutor is not suitable?

Yes, you may terminate or request for a change in tutor at any point in time if you are not satisfied with them. However, you are required to pay the fee equivalent to the number of lesson rendered prior to termination. A replacement of tutor will be free of charge.

5. Beside fill up the online form, is there any other ways for me to get a tutor from you?

 6. Do you have trial session?

There is no trial lesson but you may replace or terminate the tutor anytime if you are not satisfied with them.

7. Do you provide tuition materials?

We do not provide tuition material. However you can discuss with the assigned tutor and seek help in buying the appropriate and relevant tuition materials.

8. Can you guarantee improvement on my child?

We do not 100% guarantee improvement, but will match and provide you the best suited tutor according to your requirements to ensure maximum result for your child.

9. How do I make payments to MyTuitionClub Agency?

You can choose to pay us by cash. Alternatively, you can do a bank transfer to our account.

10. When I refer students/parents to you, how much referral fee will I receive?

For each successful referral, you are entitled to a 10% commission of the first month tuition fee. For instance, the student tuition fee is $200, you will receive $20 for referring that student to us.
